“I co-built a program for the University of Washington called teh Strategic Human Resources Leadership program. SHRL is aimed at broadening HR leaders to become more systemic in their thinking and ground their HR strategy by aligning it to their organization’s business strategy. I have also been engaging in consulting programs aimned at improving strategic alignment, and organization and leadership effectiveness. I have also consulted on High-Potential Development Programs.”
