Cheri Baker is the owner of Emergence Consulting where she helps many of our region’s top companies to improve employee performance. Her blog, The Enlightened Manager, has won numerous accolades and boasts a global audience.

On Wednesday, Aug 11 she is doing a presentation at the Seattle Chamber of Commerce offices on how to identify some of the most common “difficult personalities” you’ll find in the workplace.
